Anyone who has sampled the culinary treasures created by the chefs at Queens’ College will be well aware of their impeccable standards. Therefore, it came as no surprise when the team made a huge impact at the TUCO Chefs Competition at the end of March in Blackpool.

Lead by Head Chef Shaun Cook, the team won the Best Newcomer Award and secured third place in the overall competition – finishing ahead of the renowned University of Cambridge team. The other members of the team were Byron Franklin, Section Chef and Tim Bygrave, Junior Sous Chef.

Clients booking events at Queens College can therefore rest assured that their catering is in the hands of experienced, talented and proven professionals. It was this amazing menu which so impressed the TUCO judges:
