Conference Accommodation
For residential conferences, delegates stay in modern accommodation at Queens’. Some of our rooms are overlooking the River Cam or College courts. The College accomodation provide a clean, comfortably furnished space in which to rest. Rooms are:
- Close to the meeting areas
- Single or twin-bedded rooms with en-suite facilities (some rooms have private or shared bathrooms)
- Equipped with tea and coffee making facilities, soap, towel and linen
- Internet access through Wi Fi or ethernet
Guest facilities
All residential delegates have access to additional services and facilities to make staying at the College more enjoyable. These include:
- Use of squash courts and gym
- On site coin operated laundry
- Assistance from a College Porters (available 24 hours every day)
- Punting on the River Cam

When entering your promotional code to book accommodation ,the code should be entered as ‘KX’ followed by your 5 digit number you have been given by the event organiser. For example: KX12345
